Criminal charges filed:

lRussell Foster Ceranski, 54, New Bethlehem.

Charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, an unclassified felony; and possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors, Dec. 20 in New Bethlehem.

State police served a search warrant at Ceranski's home.

Police allegedly found marijuana plants, processed marijuana and scales.

Ceranski allegedly told police he also sold cocaine from his home. Ceranski allegedly said he purchased cocaine at $1,700 per ounce and resold the drug at $100 per gram.

There are approximately 28.34 grams in an ounce, making Ceranski's self-professed income $2,834 per ounce.

lAaron Reece Wilson, 22, New Bethlehem.

Charged with simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary, Sept. 7, 2019, in Redbank Township.

A female victim allegedly told police Wilson struck her in the face three times while the couple was on an ATV ride.

lGary Michael Bundy, 54, Hawthorn.

Charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor; and summary charges of disregard of traffic lane, careless driving and causing damage to property with a vehicle at March 19, 2019, in Hawthorn Borough.

Police investigating a hit and run crash in which an SUV struck a house, found the crashed vehicle a short distance away and determined Bundy was the driver of the vehicle.

Police allegedly detected a strong odor of alcohol on Bundy's breath.

Bundy allegedly appeared to be off-balance.

Police asked Bundy how much he had to drink that evening.

Bundy allegedly replied, "Enough to hit a house."

A blood test established Bundy's blood alcohol content at .277 percent.

Charged with access device fraud, a third-degree felony, Aug. 24, 2019, in Callensburg.

Watters allegedly had permission to borrow a Callensburg woman's vehicle and the woman gave Watters a debit card to use to buy gasoline one time only.

Watters allegedly used the debit card in Clarion, Butler and Allegheny counties to make unauthorized purchases totaling $3,628.
