- In an effort to protect public health and reduce overall spread of COVID-19, the Pennsylvania game commission has canceled all hunter-trapper education classes through April 30.

- Titusville Area School District will continue the online portion of pre-kindergarten and kindergarten registration for the 2020-2021 school year. The in-person visits to complete the registration process have been postponed.

- Allegheny National Forest has decided to reduce services available for outdoor recreation. All ANF campgrounds, group-use areas, bathrooms and other facilities have been closed indefinitely for the health and safety of visitors and staff. There will be no overnight accommodations (camping and cabins) available in any Allegheny National Forest campgrounds.

- Kindergarten registrations for Franklin Area School District have been canceled. The district will announce new dates as soon as circumstances permit.

- Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District has postponed its kindergarten registration for the 2020-2021 school year. The district will announce the new dates once they are set.

- The annual Easter egg hunt scheduled for April 11 at Scotch Hill Community Hall in Leeper has been canceled.

- A turkey and biscuit dinner scheduled for April 25 at the Scotch Hill Community Hall has been rescheduled for Aug. 29.
