The speaker will be Dianna Kerr, Penn State Extension Master Gardener coordinator for Armstrong and Indiana counties. She will speak about the spotted lantern fly. ALL CLARION COUNTY LIBRARIES: will be closed from Monday, March 16 through Saturday, March 28 (this may be extended). This includes: Clarion Free Library, Eccles-Lesher Memorial Library (Rimersburg), Foxburg Free Library, Knox Public Library and Redbank Valley Public Library (New Bethlehem). All items currently checked out will now be due back on April 6. If the libraries would need to stay closed longer, due dates will be extended. No overdue fees will be charged during the closure.
