KNOX PUBLIC LIBRARY FREE WEBINAR: 6 p.m. The Pennsylvania Treasury Department and Knox Public Library will offer a free webinar to help parents start saving for their child's future. This free online webinar will inform attendees about the Keystone Scholars and the Pennsylvania Savings Program. Attendees will learn about the simple signup process, how to win money for their family and child's education and much more. Pre-registration is required.
