DEDICATION CEREMONY FOR PERSIAN GULF MONUMENT: 6:30 p.m. (light refreshments starting at 5:30 p.m.) at Clarion County Veterans Memorial Park. The Clarion County Commissioners will be hosting this ceremony. This monument is in honor of all Persian Gulf Era veterans. The ceremony is open to all veterans and the citizens of Clarion County.

CASH BASH RAFFLE: This raffle is presented by the Knox Public Library. The library is changing up their Great Cash Bash this year and doing a cash raffle. Tickets are $5 each and available at any of the Clarion County libraries (Clarion, Foxburg, Knox, New Bethlehem and Rimersburg). There are six cash prizes from $100 to $500 and only a limited number of tickets will be sold. Winners will be drawn at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1 at the Clarion Free Library. This event will also be streamed on Facebook live. Winners do not need to be present.
