ST. PATRICK'S DAY CONCERT: 7:30 p.m. at Lincoln Hall in Foxburg. The Allegheny River Stone Center for the Arts will host this concert by Carnival of Souls. HOPE RISING COMMUNITY CHURCH FOOD PANTRY: from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hope Rising Community Church located at 240 Liberty Street in Clarion. This event is on a first come, first serve basis. Participants should pull into the front of the building and volunteers will load the food items into your vehicle.

CLARION CHAPTER NORTH COUNTRY TRAIL ASSOCIATION MARCH HIKE: 10 a.m., meet at Environmental Center in Cook Forest for either a four-mile loop hike (easier and level) or a six- mile loop hike to the fire tower (more difficult).
