Dog warden checking dog licenses

CLARION Starting April 1, the regional dog warden will canvass Clarion County to check for updated dog licenses.

It is important all dogs have 2020 licenses so to avoid any fines the dog warden could issue (fines of up to $300 per dog plus court costs could be issued).

Licenses can be purchased at the Clarion County Treasurer's office, in person or by mail. The application can be downloaded on the treasurer's page http://www.co.clarion.pa.us. Please send the completed application and check or money order to Tom McConnell, treasurer, 330 Main Street, Room 110 Clarion, Pa. 16214.

Licenses can also be purchased at the following locations:

lRMS Furniture, New Bethlehem

lSligo Rec Center, Sligo

lLander's Store, Lucinda

lKnox Country Farm Supply Inc., Knox

lSteiner's Outdoors and More, East Brady

lRocky Acres Kennel, Clarion

lTri County Pet Rescue, Shippenville

lFryburg Old Treasure Depot, Fryburg
