CLARION - The annual fall banquet for the Clarion County Republican Committee will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, at Trinity Point Church of God in Clarion.

A social hour will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. with dinner served at 6 p.m.

Keynote speaker for the event is Dr. Nche Zama, a renowned cardiothoracic surgeon, who is a candidate for governor of Pennsylvania in 2022. U.S. Rep. Glenn "GT" Thompson (R-15), state Sen. Scott Hutchison (R-21) and state Rep. Donna Oberlander (R-63) will be in attendance to speak as well.

Tickets for the event are priced at $25 per person and can be purchased at the CCRC Headquarters located at 507 Main Street in Clarion. Reservations may be made by emailing Cindy Curran at cincurran@gmail.com or Rick Rathfon at rickrgop@outlook.com. The registration deadline is Sunday, Oct. 24.
