School statuses

CLARION The continued operations at local public schools remains in a state of flux as the state department of health has moved Clarion County into its second consecutive week of "substantial" infection rate status.

The Department of Health "recommends" public schools in "substantial infection rate" status switch to remote learning, but also allows local school administrators to consider individual school building infection rates when considering which instruction method to use.
