FISHER Judyth C. (Bates) (Brautigam) Garris, 80, a lifelong faithful follower of Christ, has gone to be with her Lord and Savior on November 10, 2021. She passed away peacefully after a brave battle with cancer.

Her beloved husband, Leonard, died exactly a week after her on November 17, 2021. Judy is survived by brothers Charles (Thelma) Bates, Roland (Sarah) Bates, and Robert Bates; sons Jeffrey (Brenda) Brautigam, and Jim (Angie) Brautigam; stepdaughters Susan (Charles) Krul, and Sandi Garris (Bob McNally); grandma to Morgan (Blake) Walter, Kurt, Darren, Jamie, and Nicole Brautigam; step-grandma to Steve (Nikki) White, Bill (Erin) White, and Jim (Amanda) White, Brian Garris, Karyn (Phil) Debrasky, and Sarah Garris.

She is also survived by 12 step-great-grandchildren, nine nephews and nieces, 22 great-nephews and nieces, and a few dozen great-great nephews and nieces.

Judy was originally from Pittsburgh. She moved to Fisher where she and Leonard spent the last 27 years enjoying the outdoors and traveling in their Airstream trailer or on their Honda Goldwing all throughout the country.

She attended Trinity Point Church of God in Clarion where she loved serving in various ministries and activities, including choir, praise team, and "Parents Night Out." One of her favorite past times was playing board games with her friends and family. Judy will always be remembered by the way that she loved people, touching the lives of so many.

Family and friends will be received at a memorial service for Judy and Leonard at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, at Trinity Point Church of God, 180 West Trinity Drive, Clarion.

CLARION – Valerie D. Grant, 64, of Clarion, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at her home.
