She was born on September 10, 1979, in Erie; daughter of William "Bill" and LaJean Ditty Judy of Lucinda.

The celebration will be held on Saturday, Oct. 16 at the First United Methodist Church, 600 Wood Street in Clarion. The family will greet friends from noon to 12:30 p.m. in the gathering area followed by a celebratory service at 12:30 p.m. in the main sanctuary.
